Head of Innovation Coach Project, Deputy Head of Centre for EU Funded Programmes in the Institute for Fundamental Technological Research PAS. She has over 15 years experience in coordinating and implementing EU funded projects as e.g.: 40 projects from Framework Programmes (FP7, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe), Structural Funds and Norway Funds. Katarzyna was a nominated NCP and member of several Programme Committes at the European Commission. On a daily basis she supports Centres of Excellence, research institutions, innovative SMEs, start-ups and large companies in obtaining funds for the development of research and innovation projects under Horizon 2020 and complementary funding. Her fields of specialization are innovation, cooperation industry-academia, synergies between EU financial sources and international cooperation. One of the co-author of 4 Polish Teaming 2 successful projects (each of 30 mln Euros total budget). Member of the Advisory Boards in many EU projects, member of several committees related to structural funds and complementary funding. Between 2014 – 2020 President of the Association of the Top 500 Innovators, alumnus of the Top 500 Innovators Programme at Stanford Univeristy, Palo Alto, California.
